Signal Edge is a geopolitical event detection and intelligence reporting service operated by Studio Launch Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing our website, submitting an application, or subscribing to our service, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Information Service Only

Signal Edge provides automated geopolitical event detection and reporting. This is an information service.

Nothing in this service constitutes financial advice, trading signals, investment recommendations, or guidance of any kind. We do not recommend, endorse, or suggest any financial instrument, trade, position, or investment strategy.

All information is provided for general informational purposes only.

3. No Guarantees

All intelligence, alerts, and information are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any alert, classification, translation, or assessment. Geopolitical events are inherently unpredictable. Detection speed, source availability, and corroboration depth may vary.

Past performance of this service — including historical speed leads, corroboration rates, or detection coverage — does not indicate or guarantee future results.

4. AI-Generated Content

Alerts are generated by artificial intelligence systems that translate, classify, filter, and assess information from foreign-language sources. AI systems can and do make errors in translation, classification, confidence assessment, and geolocation.

While we employ corroboration methods to verify events across multiple independent sources, no automated system is infallible. Subscribers should independently verify any information before making decisions based on it.

5. Subscriber Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information received through this service. This includes, without limitation, any financial, trading, investment, operational, insurance, logistics, or risk management decisions.

You acknowledge that you are using this service at your own risk and that Signal Edge, Studio Launch Ltd, and its operators bear no responsibility for outcomes resulting from your use of the information provided.

6. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By subscribing or submitting an application, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

7. Subscriptions and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges at the rate specified at the time of your subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

All subscription payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

8. Pricing and Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, service features, alert frequency, source coverage, delivery methods, and any other aspect of the service at any time.

Existing subscribers will be given reasonable notice of pricing changes. Continued use of the service after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share Signal Edge alerts or intelligence with non-subscribers without prior written permission
• Use the service to manipulate markets or engage in any unlawful activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract source information from our alerts
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation during the application process
• Use automated systems to access or interact with the service beyond normal subscriber use

We reserve the right to terminate any subscription immediately and without refund for violations of these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, formatting, methodologies, source configurations, and corroboration systems are the intellectual property of Studio Launch Ltd. Subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to receive and use the intelligence for their own purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal Edge and Studio Launch Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this service.

This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in alerts or intelligence
• Delays or interruptions in service delivery
• Financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information received through this service
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to the service

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Launch Ltd, its operators, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Changes to These Terms
